He has worked both globally and in Australia, where he has spent most of his time working with energy sector clients including utilities on Australia’s East and West coast.

Tim uniquely combines his sector specific expertise with commercial acumen and a ‘best for shareholder’ approach to arrive at solutions that support the mandate of an executive team at an energy sector organisation.

Ryan’s technical expertise and leadership has been instrumental in responding to challenges faced by our clients. Ryan provides a comprehensive range of strategic advice to regulated electricity transmission and distribution businesses.

He has extensive experience in economic and safety regulation, investment governance, life cycle asset management, project and programme delivery, and technical audits.

Bringing together over 20 years of engineering, financial and relationship-building skills and experience, Ryan has influenced strategy and tactics at board and senior executive levels.

Sanika provides renewable energy integration advice and solutions regarding renewables-driven transformation on electricity infrastructure and markets.

She has a broad range of knowledge in the areas of grid connections, engineering, procurement, commissioning, operations, monitoring and maintenance of renewable energy and storage systems.

Sanika has provided support for both network service providers and proponents of grid connections in due diligence and technical assessment capacities to ensure compliance requirements and relevant objectives are met with the National Electricity Objectives at the fore. 

Rohan’s experience is in energy policy and regulation, major infrastructure projects and land-use planning.

He has a thorough understanding of the end-to-end process from needs identification, options evaluation & route selection, environmental approvals and social licence issues. This knowledge gives him unique insights into the intersection between the concerns of networks, regulators, electricity consumers and local communities. 

Zeno has led renewable energy project finance transactions from investment appraisal through to financial close and provided specialist technical evaluation and due diligence for large scale renewable energy developments.

He also has experience in large-scale renewable energy investment analysis, strategy and transactions within the corporate development function of large energy retailers.

Additionally, Zeno has written submissions on contemporary market related issues such as the Market Ancillary Services review, with an aim to strengthen the market potential of emerging technologies.

Ryan has a background in econometrics, finance, audit and modelling.

His practice focusses on designing models and frameworks to guide clients to make decisions across the utility supply chain, including investment in the wholesale market, tariff setting for distribution networks, end-user demand for grid electricity, and energy efficiency policy.

Ryan has a particular strength in building techno-economic demand and supply models used to forecast investment in new technologies, network assets and generation requirements.

Her background spans executive people leadership for a global retail company, consulting with a Big 4 firm and working as a disputes lawyer in Australia and the UK. 

Sally holds degrees in law, psychology and an MBA.
